Los honores de Año Nuevo 2015 fueron nombramientos por parte de algunos de los 16 reinos de la Commonwealth en diversas órdenes y honores para reconocer y recompensar las buenas obras de los ciudadanos de esos países. Los honores de Año Nuevo se otorgan como parte de las celebraciones de Año Nuevo a principios de enero.
Los destinatarios de los honores se muestran tal como se les denominaba antes de su nuevo honor. Están ordenados por país (en orden de precedencia) cuyos ministros asesoraron a la Reina sobre los nombramientos, luego por honor con grados, es decir, Caballero/Dama Gran Cruz, Caballero/Dama Comendador, etc., y luego por divisiones, es decir, Civil, Diplomática y Militar, según corresponda.
