The website's critics consensus reads, "Headlined by a fun rapport between Craig Robinson and Claudia O'Doherty, Killing It is a clever satire of a dog eat dog world."[6] Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned the first season a score of 70 out of 100, based on four critics, indicating "generally favorable reviews".[7]
