The Badal inscription link should lead to this page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Mihira_Bhoja/Narayanapala, not the unrelated movie of the same name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Klamactocrat (talk • contribs) 18:07, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
Kannauj must be the present day city with the same name in Uttar Pradesh, not Madhya Pradesh, isn't it? The name of the city during the subject period was Kanvakubja, isn't it? Joy1963 10:30, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

I used to believe in wikipedia but after reading About Mihir Bhoj my trust is broken. A few years ago you said that Mihir bhoj was Rajput but now you changed this as Gurjar. Why you guys doing like this. Is wilipedia a fake platefprm? Hardeep bhati (talk) 04:58, 31 October 2018 (UTC)
I think Mihira Bhoja I is a misnomer. There was no second Mihira Bhoja. Bhoja I was popularly called Mihira Bhoja. So the page should be titled simply Mihira Bhoja. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 12:53, 3 June 2016 (UTC)
Mihira Bhoja (c. 836–885 CE) or Bhoja I was a king belonging to the Gurjara-Pratihara Dynasty. He was Gurjar by caste. He succeeded his father Ramabhadra. Bhoja was a devotee of Vishnu and adopted the title of Ādivarāha which is inscribed on some of his coins.[1] One of the outstanding political figures of India in ninth century, he ranks with Dhruva Dharavarsha and Dharmapala as a great general and empire builder. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ranaadarshsinghofficial (talk • contribs) 06:07, September 11, 2021 (UTC)

Samrat Mihir Bhoj was a Gurjar, not a Rajput. Infact, there are literally countless inscriptions and notes stating his Gurjar identity, even Prithviraj Raso states that "Pratihar" is a Gurjar Clan. In his Legend "Pump Mahabharata" Kannad poet "pump" addressed Pratihar Samrat Mahipal as a Roaring Gurjar :- 103.92.41.129 (talk) 10:08, 6 January 2024 (UTC)
As the community of Mihir Bhoj ji is disputed between The Gurjars and rajputs it’s better to term him as a Kshatriya and but there are proofs that he was a Gurjar and not a rajput Harshitbhati2006jik (talk) 02:20, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
