Maine celebró sus elecciones anticipadas, el 14 de septiembre de 1914. Starting with this election, Alaska Territory elected its non-voting delegate on the same day as the rest of the states' general elections. Incumbent James Wickersham, after serving one term as a Progressive, returned to the Republican Party.
