I saw your edit summary that said "Only need to upload 2 images as jpegs. One of Peitzker, one of her logo. Both have copyright permission from her site Smart Green Tours if published for educational or media purposes (press kit gallery)". I've not seen the exact wording of their copyright permission, but if it as you described that is insufficient - it would not be compatible with the highly permissive use that anyone can make of images uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, which requires no restriction on what people use the images for.
