Personificó a Hank Schrader en la famosa serie dramática Breaking Bad y entre 2013 y 2015 protagonizó la serie La cúpula, de CBS, basada en la novela homónima de Stephen King.

Norris está casado con Bridget y viven cerca de Los Ángeles.
