Talk:Kim Dracula

Contested deletion

Hey User:Onel5969. This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement. It is, in truth, a direct copy of the lyrics.com entry -- because whomever created the bio on lyrics.com copied this article word-for-word! --RexSueciae (talk) 01:59, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

RexSueciae, If that's correct, then you're right, it shouldn't be deleted. How did you discern that? I couldn't tell it was a mirror. Onel5969 TT me 02:05, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Onel5969 I can tell because this wiki article, which I created on April 4th of this year, has all of its facts properly referenced, while the lyrics.com bio is nothing but the text. The second, in all likelihood, postdates the first. It would be strange if I, in the quest to violate international copyright law, would be so bold as to simply lift the words from a random webpage and then meticulously cite every fact contained therein. Lyrics.com does not appear to timestamp the (user-submitted?) content that it hosts, and the Kim Dracula bio has not been saved on the Wayback Machine, so I can't tell you *when* exactly that lyrics.com bio first orginated -- however, if you look at (for example) the wiki article for Cardi B and the lyrics.com bio for Cardi B, you can see that lyrics.com appears to copy wiki articles of other music artists as well. RexSueciae, I understand your reasoning. One of the wizards of copyvio will take a look, and if they agree with you, the tag will be removed. Onel5969 TT me 02:18, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Onel5969 there's a few more things I feel I should note.

Cheers. RexSueciae (talk) 02:52, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

RexSueciae, again, more good points, but in response to your last bullet point, yes, there is. While you make very good points, none are conclusive. So I'd rather ere in caution, and let others with more expertise make the call. Onel5969 TT me 02:54, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello.

Please add his height to info and picture His height is 6'5 feet.

Thanks 80.220.76.87 (talk) 23:48, 3 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, dear IP editor. Height isn't usually included in wiki biographies (although I suppose there might be occasional examples). As for a picture, if there's a picture that's available under an appropriate Creative Commons license, please let me know and I'll see what I can do! Pronouns

The referenced used directly after the first pronoun 'he' states their pronouns are they/them. 2001:1C01:3FC0:400:38D5:1DF3:AEFD:6E3B (talk) 20:42, 20 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

He's never stated his pronouns as they\them. At the concerts he referred to himself as he 2600:1006:B006:CDCA:8010:D0E2:EE55:ADAB (talk) 22:30, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Fix the pronouns. Samuel Wellings has never publicly stated that he goes by They/Them pronouns. 72.187.129.136 (talk) 17:00, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
