VERDICT: @TheBritinator: This article needs some work before reaching GA quality. Below are some suggestions; please consider implementing them. I am going to put this review on a 7 day hold to permit you time to address my suggestions. Thank you! Kimikel (talk) 23:08, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thank you. Please give me time. TheBritinator (talk) 23:42, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I meant to note that the 7 days are just an initial deadline; if you need more time, just let me know. Thank you for all of your work - Kimikel (talk) 00:03, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Kimikel I have addressed everything you have pointed out. Please make sure everything is in order. Thanks. TheBritinator (talk) 15:57, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@TheBritinator I think this article is GA quality. Since I am an inexperienced reviewer, this review will await verification by a more senior reviewer; during that time, I encourage you to see if you can get Wayback to work and get archive URLs for some of those sources. Regardless, thank you for your work and timely response - Kimikel (talk) 20:18, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Kimikel Source spot check archives are done. Anything else? TheBritinator (talk) 18:02, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Shushugah is this review ready to be closed? Kimikel (talk) 18:11, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Kimikel @TheBritinator Very much so! Good work on the comprehensive spot checks! In the future, when referencing references by number, include a link to a specific diff, so that we can be certain about the specific refs. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 22:50, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It would also just be easier to say to add a comma rather than rewriting the sentence with a comma added. TheBritinator (talk) 22:55, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm closing the review as a pass in that case. Thank you for your review and help @Shushugah, and congratulations @TheBritinator. Kimikel (talk) 23:05, 12 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much. Feel free to close now. TheBritinator (talk) 00:07, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Experienced reviewer feedback

Kimikel this review is generally comprehensive and I agree the article is probably GA status. Below is some feedback about your review to help it go above and beyond. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 19:33, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Check previous review

This is the second Good Article nomination, so check the feedback of Talk:Josef Hoop/GA1 and see whether the issue has been addressed/is still relevant. This also digs into specific spot checks. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 19:33, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright

WP:COPYRIGHT is quite complex. Most of the images are listed as public domain, except File:Staatswappen-Liechtensteins.svg which is freely licensed as CC BY-SA 3.0, which is permissible. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk)

Sourcing

When specifying the sources good, it's important to specify which sources you spot checked. You can assume good faith for sources you cannot access or read (language barriers), but checking 2-5 sources minimum is a good rule of thumb for the most common sources and are major claims, because even if the sources themselves are high quality, it's impossible to know whether they wp:verify a specific claim inside the article text. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 19:33, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Shushugah I will do my spot check above shortly - I had seen the original review and its overreliance on primary sources; when I reviewed the article originally I did a quick spot check to make sure the majority weren't primary and I saw that they weren't, but I didn't do official spot check, my mistake. Kimikel (talk) 19:34, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not a requirement (for the GA status), but a friendly suggestion whenever there are WP:FOREIGNSOURCES please provide a trans-title to translate the English title, and also fully establish who the source is. ~ 🦝 Shushugah (he/him • talk) 19:33, 10 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
