Torkaman, West Azerbaijan

Torkaman (Persian: تركمان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Torkaman Rural District of the Central District of Urmia County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 171 in 40 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 394 people in 117 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 123 people in 38 households.[2]
