Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region

The Directorate for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region (Serbian: Управа за сарадњу с дијаспором и Србима у региону / Uprava za saradnju s dijasporom i Srbima u regionu) is a coordination body of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within Government of Serbia. It was constituted on 2 August 2012. Except for the central office in Belgrade, there is also a local one in Niš.[2]

Organization

The director is in charge of the Office, and is appointed by the Government of Serbia. The mandate of the director is 5 years.

The first director of the Directorate was Slavka Drašković.[3][4]
